  • 10 ounces Chocolate Chips milk or semi-sweet

Method
 

Directions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even baking.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Step 3: In another bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Step 4: Add the egg, egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Step 6: Fold in the chocolate chips to ensure even distribution in the dough.
  7. Step 7: Spread the cookie dough evenly into a greased cast iron skillet.
  8. Step 8: Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and the center is set but slightly soft.
  9. Step 9: Sprinkle flaked salt over the warm cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
