Begin by heating your skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage, breaking it apart with your spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the sausage is fully cooked, pour in the entire can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (do not drain). Stir and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until fully melted and incorporated, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and the dip is smooth and creamy. Adjust the heat to low to keep warm.
