Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sausage recommend using Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies 10-ounce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cut into pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mexican blend or Colby Jack

Method
 

  1. Begin by heating your skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage, breaking it apart with your spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Once the sausage is fully cooked, pour in the entire can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (do not drain). Stir and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the cream cheese to the skillet. Stir continuously until fully melted and incorporated, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and the dip is smooth and creamy. Adjust the heat to low to keep warm.
  5. Transfer the dip to your serving dish and enjoy warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
