  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Cooking spray or butter

Method

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 Tbsp of salt and the shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until just pink and opaque. Drain and set aside.
  2. Step 2: Make the Sauce - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Step 3: Combine Ingredients - Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and gently fold into the mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Casserole - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the shrimp mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  5. Step 5: Add the Cheese and Topping - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the shrimp mixture. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter, combine with panko, and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  6. Step 6: Bake to Perfection - Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Pairs well with salad or crusty bread.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • To freeze, cover tightly and thaw in the fridge overnight before baking.
  • For extra creaminess, consider adding more mayonnaise or cheese if it comes out dry.
