- Step 2: Make the Sauce - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Step 3: Combine Ingredients - Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and gently fold into the mayonnaise mixture.
- Step 4: Assemble the Casserole - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the shrimp mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
- Step 5: Add the Cheese and Topping - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the shrimp mixture. Melt 1 Tbsp of butter, combine with panko, and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Step 6: Bake to Perfection - Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Pairs well with salad or crusty bread.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- To freeze, cover tightly and thaw in the fridge overnight before baking.
- For extra creaminess, consider adding more mayonnaise or cheese if it comes out dry.
