Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the mini marshmallows until gooey.
Gently fold in the broken graham cracker pieces.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips on top and press them down gently.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Lift the bark out using the parchment paper.
Break the bark into irregular pieces and serve.
