  • 3/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven - Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure crispy bites.

  3. Step 3: Make the Batter - In a large mixing bowl, combine water, flour, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Coat the Cauliflower - Dip florets in the batter, letting excess drip off, and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Bake the Cauliflower Bites - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
  6. Step 6: Prepare the Buffalo Sauce - Mix Frank's Hot Sauce and melted butter in a small bowl.
  7. Step 7: Toss and Serve - Toss baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately with dipping sauce.
