  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil spray for coating muffin tin
  • 4 8-inch Tortillas flour or corn
  • 1 pound Ground beef (92% lean)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo fresh salsa
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup Diced red onion
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure crispy tortilla cups.
  2. Step 2: Lightly coat each muffin cup with olive oil spray and press a tortilla into each cup.
  3. Step 3: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  4. Step 4: Fill each tortilla cup with the seasoned beef, packing it slightly.
  5. Step 5: Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  6. Step 6: Once baked, let cool slightly and add toppings like pico de gallo, salsa, lettuce, and cheese.
  7. Step 7: Serve immediately, garnished with extra toppings as desired.
