Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • ½ lemon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • Water to thin dressing

Method
 

  1. Start by measuring out all your ingredients.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the tahini, crushed garlic, maple syrup, and lemon juice.
  3. Using a whisk or fork, mix the ingredients together until they form a smooth paste.
  4. Pour in the sesame oil and olive oil, and add the salt. Continue to whisk until everything is well combined.
  5. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking after each addition until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Taste the dressing and adjust the flavors as needed.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over your favorite salad, or transfer it to a jar for storage in the refrigerator.

  • Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
