In another bowl, beat the egg. Add the melted Lurpak butter, milk, and white vinegar, mixing well.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until combined.
Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, then fold it into the pudding batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Heat the cream and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
Serve warm, drizzled with the cream sauce.
