Add the all-purpose flour to the pan and stir constantly for about 2 minutes to create a roux, helping to thicken your gravy.
Gradually pour in the low-sodium vegetable broth while whisking continuously to prevent lumps. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and allow it to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.
Once your gravy has thickened to your liking, taste it and adjust the seasoning with more salt if necessary. If it’s too thick, add a splash more broth until you reach the desired consistency.
