- In a mixing bowl, combine the fat-free sour cream, fat-free Greek yogurt, and Hellman's light mayonnaise. Mix well until there are no lumps.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, chopped chives or dill, chopped parsley, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Stir until everything is fully incorporated.
- Pour in the white balsamic vinegar and buttermilk. Whisk the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.
- Wash and cut the yellow and red bell peppers, cucumber, and carrots into long strips. Ensure that all pieces are roughly the same size for uniform presentation.
- Take your shot glasses and fill each one with a generous amount of ranch dip at the bottom. Stand the vegetable strips upright in the dip, alternating colors for a vibrant look.
- Top each shooter with a baby arugula leaf for a touch of elegance. Arrange the filled shot glasses on a serving platter and enjoy your Veggie Shooters!
