For the Yogurt Custard:
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 each Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit (peaches, blueberries, strawberries)
  • to taste Honey or Maple Syrup (for drizzling)
  • to taste Powdered Sugar (for garnish)

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place the slices of brioche bread on a baking sheet. Toast them in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Spread a generous amount of the yogurt custard mixture over each slice of toasted brioche.
  5. Top with fresh fruits like peaches, blueberries, and strawberries.
  6. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the fruit and dust with powdered sugar.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
