In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, za'atar seasoning, and minced garlic. Whisk everything together until well blended.
Place the chicken in a plastic wrap or Ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serve with your favorite sides.
